We recruit across every department of the CFD/FX broker business model: sales, retention, compliance, dealing desk, marketing, IB/affiliate management, customer support and technology. Our reach also extends to adjacent industry businesses, sourcing candidates directly from the trading community.

Do you place candidates outside their home jurisdiction?

Yes. We recruit and place candidates across all 20+ jurisdictions we cover, matching global talent to our broker clients' needs.

How long does the process usually take?

Because we source from a standing network rather than starting cold, most searches produce a shortlist within days rather than weeks.

Is there a cost to candidates?
